Belmont renovation

Luke Davis Electrical Services is about to commence a renovation, which includes and extension as part of the building works, at a property in Belmont.

Much of the original house is being demolished and so it was necessary to have the power disconnected from the house and setup a builders temporary supply pole (BTS) in the front yard so the builder will have safe access to power for the duration of the project.

The entire project is expected to run for approximately 10 months and will include all of the modern conveniences of a new home with all new appliances, energy efficient LED downlights, TV and data points throughout, ceiling fans, pendant lights and a new switchboard with combination circuit breakers and safety switches (RCBO’s) on all circuits for additional safety and protection.
