Torquay electrician Luke Davis has been working in the industry since 2010. Prior to this he worked in the world of private health insurance, but always wanted a job that required a more hands-on approach.
After accepting a redundancy package, Luke became excited about all he could offer as a local electrician for Torquay and the surrounding areas, and started his own business in Luke Davis Electrical Services.

Luke’s extensive previous experience in the retail and corporate environment brings a greater level of understanding to his electrical services offering. Growing up, his family owned a small independent supermarket in Castlemaine and Luke continued his retail experience, studying at LaTrobe University in Bendigo, and working for Medibank in private health insurance in retail, retail support and eventually marketing.
Drawing from his own experience dealing with trades, Luke understands the frustrations people often associate with electricians – from lack of punctuality, poor communication and service delivery, to fear of being ripped-off.
He prides himself on bringing a much more personal approach to electrical services in Torquay. Luke hates being late, and always lets his clients know as early as possible if he’s running behind schedule.
Offering electrical design consultations, he listens to what the customer wants and needs, and discusses a number of options to meet different needs and budget requirements.
