Residential electrician’s Castlemaine home up for sale
If you want to get your hands on a top-quality home, our residential electrician recently completed the electrical installation for a stunning, modern home in Castlemaine – which is now up for sale. Think state-of-the-art lighting and power systems and cutting-edge electrical appliances.
Luke Davis Electrical Services’ residential electrician completed all aspects of the electrical installation, from running underground mains to installing the switchboard and sub-board and running power, lighting and ducted heating and cooling circuits.
With excellent relationships with leading brands, we were able to provide high-quality electrical systems and appliances, including:
- Voltex Electrical switches, power points, TV and data points and circuit breakers
- Sunny Australia Lighting (SAL) LED downlights and exterior up/down lights with LED globes
- Brilliant Lighting ceiling fans
- Fantech exhaust fans
- Stirling appliances (Aldi brand) – dishwasher, rangehood and two pyrolytic ovens
- Pendant lights from Beacon Lighting and other various suppliers
- Daikin inverter split ducted system – electrical connections only.
Throughout the project, residential electrician Luke Davis worked with local builders Warren Hughes Builders and Renovators. This brought some challenges in keeping open lines of communication and ensuring progress remained on track. While there were some delays, Luke was able to work around this to complete the electrical installation without any issues.
At Luke Davis Electrical Services, we pride ourselves on taking a very thorough approach – and that was especially important for this project, as there was no roof access to fix things later on. This was no problem for Luke, he simply double and triple-checked everything as he usually would.
This home is the largest project our residential electrician has tackled to date – and we are super proud with the final result.
