A project we completed in Belmont was recently sold at auction by Mergim Ibrahimi from McGrath Geelong and fetched a wonderful price for the vendors.
The project was a full renovation by local builder Gentrify and included LED downlights throughout, stylish pendants to contrast the white walls and ceiling and beautiful timber bench tops, externally vented Fantech Rapid Response exhaust fans, TV and data points, Voltex shadowline power points and light switches and new consumer mains and switchboard. It also included new sub-mains to the shed at the rear of the property.
The electrical accessories used in this home was from suppliers and manufacturers we trust and have used for sometime, and will continue to use.
This property goes to show that you don’t need to install expensive light fittings and fancy gadgets to get a beautiful and comfortable home. In fact the brief was to keep it simple and affordable for the family who were undertaking the renovation and that’s exactly what we did.
It was a project that was ran incredibly well by the team at Gentrify and it was an absolute please to be part of it. The end result is a magnificent three bedroom, two bathroom weatherboard house in an excellent, sought after pocket in Belmont and well done to everyone involved.
